Please measure armpit to armpit  before ordering, this will be the surest way of getting the size you want. Lay a garment down that fits you well

and measure armpit to armpit. Your regular size may not match our sizes shown here.

Men's fit are square and have a bit more room, women's fit are slimmer but not overly fitted.
